I am a certified speaker, trainer, and coach with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, and the Founder of Arise Early — a youth leadership and personal development company committed to awakening potential and raising confident, value-led young leaders.

With over 15 years of experience as a finance professional across audit, budgeting, reporting, and financial planning & analysis, I bring a rare blend of strategic thinking, discipline, and execution excellence into the world of leadership development. My corporate career shaped my ability to build structure, think long-term, and drive measurable outcomes — skills I now use to develop young people with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

I believe in awakening the untapped potential in young people and guiding them into a purposeful life — starting now, not someday.

Having served as a youth leader in various capacities and experienced firsthand the power of early mentorship, I am deeply convinced that the next generation does not need to wait until adulthood to walk in purpose. They need clarity, identity, and leadership now.

My own journey of self-discovery taught me that purpose isn’t a destination — it’s a decision. Through transformational leadership, value-based teaching, and empowered mindset shifts, I equip young people to rise early, lead boldly, and live in a way that positively influences culture.

Because tomorrow’s leaders can’t wait until tomorrow.

Meet Oyinlola

I am a wife, mother, trainer, speaker, and life coach dedicated to helping young people build confidence, leadership, and life skills so they have the foundations to succeed in life.

My work blends mindset transformation, identity discovery, faith, and leadership development to equip the next generation to live with clarity, courage, and conviction.

My approach is rooted in five core pillars derived from my professional and personal journey:

From Career to Calling

I was walking the familiar path many of us were taught: get an education, get a job, get married, have children, retire. A “good life” on paper.

But the analyst in me felt unsettled.

Am I living on purpose or on autopilot?
Am I following my own dreams or inherited expectations?

I was doing well — but I knew my life had to be bigger than my comfort, bigger than my bubble, bigger than me.

That inner questioning became the catalyst for change. I searched deeper, became certified with the Maxwell Leadership team, and spent years honing my skills before exiting my final corporate role as a Senior Finance Manager at Coca-Cola.

What started as a personal awakening became a calling.

Arise Early was born from that moment.

Today, I get to do the work that matters most to me: inspiring young people to Rise Early. Lead Boldly. Live Purposefully.
